Whats the best way to go about a transfer, looking to move stores whats the best way to go about it

What’s everyone opinion on it.
personally i feel like there 0 point of doing them,
With the amount of inventory adjustments via the gap scan and doing your lows and counting them just leaves me wondering that the counts are useless. And they are tied to a metric. Personally i work in grocery and dairy and i only think they should be like one or twice per week not 4 or whatever it is. Especially on the weekend, shouldnt be focusing on inventory when the weekend is where to put out stock for customers.
Please coles i beg to get rid of them, waste of time
