Doctor
Does anyone know of a psychiatrist who specializes in AuDHD diagnoses and women’s mental health as relates to GYN? I have UPMC Health Plan insurance.

My doctor is kind of careless, so I’ve come here to ask if DepoSubQ is an adequate form of Progesterone to my 0.05 MG Estradiol patch. I still have a uterus, am a 39yo woman, and have just begun treatment for perimenopause. If not DepoSubQ, would Norethindrone 0.35 MG birth control work? I ask because I have both Progestins on hand.
My fridge just broke, so I need a new one. Can anyone recommend something practical and dependable? Where from? I’m searching for something affordable.
Can anybody name some certifications or other that increase skills and provide good income?
I was reading about how an LPN could become a personal care home administrator (with certification. Not always however.) and make upwards of six figures over time. Are there any other jobs maybe you or another LPN/LVN do that yields higher income?
Has anybody run into any trouble with drug testing? I am on two (prescribed) controlled substances. My vocational LPN school has a zero drug policy, but I was informed by someone who taught the program that these substances shouldn’t be an issue. I’ll also have to work at a *very* strict hospital with regard to nurses and general faculty, staff and their rights or lack thereof to such meds. Any tips or recommendations? The testing facility also wouldn’t get the doctor to sign the order; however, an MRO (doctor) will be in touch to discuss my legal medications.
Is it advantageous to have both the CCMA/CMA cert AND RMA cert? I read mixed reviews. Does anybody have experience with this?

If I’m going the NP track, would I initially want experience as a CNA or would CCMA experience be just as preferable? I ask because I am a Certified Medical Assistant ISO externship but am also curious if I should do a CNA program to gain the pre-nursing work experience. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Hello. I’ve been diagnosed with ET JAK2 since 2019. My question is, for those of us who are perimenopausal or menopausal, is it possible to receive HRT treatment? I’m having severe symptoms for a 39 year old and have talked to a provider about an estrogen patch. She said I wasn’t a good candidate because of how estrogen increases clotting risk. How have some of you gone about treating peri/menopause?
This woman also has ScAf Disorder and talks about life in the psych ward, what her symptoms are like when manic, just how she goes about work and family life …
This woman details and captures her life in psych ward, as a ScAf person actively going through psychosis, and also how to stabilize herself. It’s kind of long but worth watching if you want answers on how to live life to its fullest:
This woman has ScAf and explains life with it very well. I too have ScAf Bipolar sub and can relate. She talks about her family support system when she is in psychosis and what they do to help her. https://youtube.com/shorts/RoNTuZTjc6E?si=3n\_IZc45jzH4OMTz
Hello. I’m reaching out as an advocate for the schizophrenic community here on Reddit. Does anybody have any mental health resources such as specific government programs, places to stay when homeless, and where to go for psychiatric care? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Hello. I was just accepted into nursing school. Are any of you familiar with South University? There’s a campus near me in Pittsburgh. The school/program doesn’t require pre-reqs, and they have multiple start dates throughout the year. Cost seems a little high though. 😩 It’s a hybrid nursing program. Is this place sketch? It just seems too good to be true.
