i have a wireless headphone soundcore q20i but my ears & head hurts after long study sessions
so i decided to go with something wired and something that will not hurt if i use it while studying

this is a very old laptop maybe my dad bought it 7-8 years ago.
i recetnly installed some ram and ssd ( sasta wala )
but the problem is 1080p movies are not running smoothly in vlc media player but in youtube they run quite good
how can this be fixed ?
and please give me some tips to boost speed of this laptop also
