Cat nasal congestion: when to bring to vet?

Hii I just adopted my cat today and she’s still in decompressing phase, but I notice her breathing sounds stuffy. She did just finish meds for feline cold on 2 weeks ago; and the shelter gave me a “disclaimer” that with “these types of cats” she might get cold again

She is FIV(-), FeLV(-), had 3-in-1 vaccine twice and rabies vaccine, shelter vet is confident enough to give her a rabies shot before going home today. She is spayed. Her last known weight is 2.8kg—I think she’s 4kg today, though we haven’t weighed her at all.

Mucous is clear, breathing seems ok otherwise, no wheezing. breathing is only noisy when she seems stressed (she saw us, she was in travel).

When should I be worried and bring her to the vet?

Thank you very much!
