Having Dreams Where I Cry Within the Dream and or After Waking Up. Sometimes the crying within or after the dream is for Ridiculous Reasons!

I was going to post my comment there but I decided to make my own post here instead!
As the title says, I cry in or after some dreams I have and sometimes I cry about things that aren't even sad and for ridiculous reasons!
Sometimes I have dreams like that about my mother, who has a slew of health problems and now that she's in her late 50s and I just turned 41 a couple days ago, I could lose her at anytime. And I've had dreams of her injured, getting hurt, crying, even dying. Or she doesn't die but I feel like she's going to or did, and my mother has had health problems for years. She has lupus, vasculitis, arthritis, gastroparesis, and diabetes and had to use a catheter, or portacath and use a feeding tube, which she's off of now. My mother has also been in and out of the hospital lots, sometimes having to stay for days, and there were a few times she almost died! I even remember living in Germany once and a few times while living there my mother had to go to Walter Reed Hospital in Washington DC! I never thought I'd have to be in a whole separate country from my mother and I was sad about that too!
But some of my dreams about my mother make me sad and I cry after waking up! Sometimes what I cry about has nothing to do with my mother, I cry about other things too, even things that are not supposed to be sad. Some dreams even start off good but end with me feeling bad and feeling the need to cry upon waking!
Here are some ridiculous examples of me crying in or after a dream
- Once I was riding on a bus and playing "1000 Miles" by Vanessa Carlton in my head, or I might have sung it. Next thing I knew I was in my room and I was crying inside the dream.
- In another dream I was with my mother and one of my sisters and was in my room and Jennifer Lopez's song "Waiting for Tonight," was playing, or at least I was thinking about it. By the end of the dream I was by myself and I felt sad and depressed and I cried and went into my mother's room and she was there and she saw me and she was crying. Then I woke up and cried for real.
- And this morning I dreamed about a cartoon I first saw when I was 4 and haven't seen since I was in 4th grade called "The Chinese Nightingale." I forgot about that cartoon until it reappeared in my dream and in that dream I cried while watching it. I didn't cry when I woke up but I decided to try to find that cartoon, which I did! I didn't cry when I woke up though but I was compelled to find that cartoon although it took several Google searches and me having to remember specific details.
- I think I've also cried about other songs or cried while singing!
Why do I cry about things in my dreams? Sometimes when I cry in my dreams it feels like I'm about to lose someone or something, have lost someone or something, or departure whether it's my own departure or someone else's including from me! I'm just putting this out there but it could also be feelings of abandonment. So sometimes my dreams are of loss or feelings of loss or like I'm about to suffer a loss!
I admit I have autism and other mental health and emotional issues including depression and high anxiety and I'm very emotional even over the smallest of all things and I know they're ridiculous reasons to cry and I've cried for than usual throughout my life even when there was no need to, including when I had homework to do or found out I suddenly had chores to do! I even feel sad when evil people die or get killed, such as The Wicked Witch of the West or Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. I even cry when I kill people in my dreams even if they deserved it!
And I used to get in trouble just for crying! Especially with my stepfather!
Why am I like this? And while I know the answer already, does anyone else experience this, crying in and after a dream even for ridiculous reasons?
