What are some signs that your boss does not appreciate you?

Has anyone else gone through a period where the vibe at work just feels... off?

Lately I've been feeling like no matter how much effort I put in, it's mostly noticed when I make a mistake. I work hard, take on difficult assignments, meet deadlines, and try to be reliable, but it feels like those things are just expected and therefore, overlooked/not appreciated. I also feel like that other people in our firm are appreciated more for the same work than I am. Also, if something goes wrong, that's what gets attention.

I'm not looking for constant praise, but sometimes it feels discouraging when the only feedback you receive is criticism. It's gotten to the point where I'm starting to wonder if my work is actually valued or if I'm just becoming burned out.

Anyone out there with similar experience? I'd appreciate if someone could give me their perspective because it is also maybe just "me" issue rather than actual work issue.

[question] SpaceLab9 - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim "Atmospheres" LP White GLOW DUST

Hey everyone!

Last year in October, SpaceLab9 announced the dust filled vinyl that glows in the dark. I was able to get it before it sold out and got a confirmation email.

However, until today, I have not yet received. Those that were able to get it, have you received it already? I do not know what to do. I emailed them could of times and they told me to look at their calendar and it has “no events” coming up and I am getting little bit pessimistic. Thank you!

Where to find a copy of the New York Times magazine?

Does anyone know where to get a physical copy of New York Times Magazine for 30 best living songwriters edition? I tried my local Barnes and Noble, and they told me they do not carry that :(

I also refuse to pay scalper price on Ebay… any help would be appreciated!
