Mele light mechs are so fun.

I'm doing a new campaign, limiting myself to piloting light mechs only. My lancemates can use heavier ones. I just can't take control of them. I'm only a few years in, so still low tech. But I made this punch panther. A little over 40 damage per punch, with very fast recharge.

A couple of dinners that I think qualify.

1)Chicken stock Dahl with an air fried lamb burger for protein.

2)BBQ chicken kebab with slightly out of date mangetout .

Giving away my old graphics card, if anyone wants it.

My old GPU, a GTX1660ti has been sitting in my cupboard for a couple of years. If anyone wants it they can have it. I've checked that it still works. It's should still be fine for 1080p gaming.

Is career mode supposed to be this difficult, or is it a settings problem?

I finished my first campaign, so I decided to go in to career mode. I start with a lance of absolutely wrecked mechs. They all have most of their armour destroyed, 2 are missing arms. The load outs are terrible, the medium has 1 large laser and 1 LRM 10. And I don't start with enough money to repair them all. Is this how career is supposed to be? I've just been getting wiped in the first difficulty 6 mission over and over. And the payout won't be enough to cover the costs anyway. I feel like i must be missing something.

The quad PPCX, faster than should really be allowed build. You can get the base speed over 100 with the same engine, but you basically can't turn if you do that. The dps up close is comical. The rate of fire is high enough that the sound doesn't play correctly.
