25M Gonna pay off most of my friend's student loan debt

I feel great. It's crazy to think the 1% at my age is higher at 2.1 Mil. I wonder if it accounts for trusts, if so I'd be well above the 1% but apparently the wealth data only accounts for funds an individual can directly access. Gonna buy a home in the south of France an hour and a half from where my family is from. Gonna be a whole DIY renovation taking 3 years but a house (shown in the next slide) that beautiful for a total of $250k would be amazing and I could support my other friend whose a serious artist and fashion designer. Paying off most of my friend's debt is amazing too, he's gone through so much and is a exceptional scholar.

25M Bit stressed, thinking about selling my memory assets and investing in NVDA more

64% of my stocks are concentrated in the Memory sector of the stock market. I made the move two days ago to invest 8% of my portfolio into DRAM. Now I’m just being emotional after seeing a video showing a graph of just investing in the current top US performer and the returns on that are crazy. I see NVDA undervalued but I also know I put myself in a position where I’m emotional surrounding stocks after concentrating too much in one area. Any advice would be much much appreciated.

Portfolio Concentration Chomparison and Total

Today I made sure to reinvest more into DRAM as they touch on sectors of AI memory and computing due to the sheer performance they’ve had recently. I’ve been momentum trading AI memory stocks since 2 years ago after seeing Sandisk perform so well since my investment decision from when I was 14 years old, buying the stock at 19.50 a piece. While I haven’t reinvested in Sandisk I chose to head into Seagate and WDC and have seen such returns. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe memory stocks will retain their value looking forward a year from now if not grow. While I stress about the high concentration in AI Memory and computing it’s a risk I am willing to take, if you may take your time leave a constructive thought on a concentrated portfolio in these sectors.

I have no goal for a monetary button to press and cash out, rather I view the value of these stocks as intrinsically important to AIs future. Please don’t take my age from previous posts as a reason to downvote, I genuinely search for constructive feedback and would much appreciate your time. Yes I’m 25 and am taking risk but this money’s changing my life and am looking forward to its effects later down the line. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

P.S. I’m a little stressed out from my trade into DRAM so please be kind
