Cancellation After $49 Down Payment
Hi there,
Wondering if anyone else has had experience dealing with this.
I know AFTER the pass is issued and once the relevant season has started, you can request for a refund if you have an eligible event occurrence.
If you've paid the $49 deposit/down payment for the upcoming 2026/2027 season for an epic pass or an edge card, and the remaining balance has yet to be charged (due in the fall) and the passes are yet to be issued, what are the options or steps for cancellation if you're willing to forfeit the $49?
I've reached out to Whistler Vail and they've been unhelpful, they just respond that no refunds are allowed... but this isn't a refund, it's a cancellation request, for something that hasn't been charged and hasn't been issued.
