Lots of Sirens
Am hearing tons of sirens, fire engines rolling down Sonoma Ave near MV.
What is going down? I dont see anything on Watch Duty

This failed star has a song that is stuck in my head because it is reminding me of another song which I am certain exists.

At 0:22 her lyrics are:
"They try and cancel me, cancel me, bother me, bother me..."
The cadence and "x me, x me, y me, y me" is super familiar.
First I though Benni Benasi Satisfaction, or Daft Punk, or Fergie, but I cant seem to find it.
Help me sleuths!
Wondering what the best approach might be to either re-level or probably more likely create smooth transitions between these patio slabs.
The slabs were installed in the 50s, roughly 48" x 48" x 4" concrete with lots of pebbles. They have effectively 2x4 wood spacers between (1.5" width). The underlying soil is a heavy clay that expands and contracts a lot depending on moisture.
As you can see from the photos, in some spots there is as much as 2" vertical variation between adjacent slabs, with between 1.5 " and 2" horizontal separation. This creates a bit of a tripping hazard, and i have twisted my ankle a couple of times when step on it just right.
Curious of the best and easiest solution. I see:
2)get a grinder and cut down the high spots and or grout the low spots. Fill the voids with something, send or peagravel. Not keen on grinding the slabs down or growing over the slabs which will look bad.
