Hey, I live in California and wonder if it is worth it for me to call my Senators since they are democratic. This terd brain and his groupies are really putting us in danger. There is so much going on that it is paralyzing. I will call my Senators, yet is there anything else you all recommend? Should I create a script and call republican senators? I don't understand how we can keep going constantly in fear of what idiot head is doing and the consquences that may come from other countries. I am a YT Bulwark member and really apprciate all the podcasts. I learn so much and you guys seem the most down to earth when it comes to explaining things to me as a non-political citizen. I saw a post about a swimming community. I have been thinking of touring all the pools in SF in order to swim laps. I go into the City once a month on Tuesdays and would love to get a swim workout in while I am there. I swim about 1700 -2500 yards in 55 minutes to 1.5 hours. I am not not super fast, yet it is a form of meditation and helps me stay calm.

Would anyone be intersted in meeting up and swimming?

I have a hard time meeting friends, yet thought I could try to connect with other swimmers. Overall I want to swim a set and if I talk a little to someone else that is cool too. What are your thoughts. This is not masters and I prefer to swim in a pool 72 degrees or more. If your a swimmer you know how nice it is to knock out a set. 49F. Hi, I have a Metron Foot Pedal ( Model No. t8410 Serial No. 306841029) that is not working correctly. To clarify it is just the Food Pedal that I am having an issue with, the motor works. It seems that the Foot Pedal is out of whack going up and down by itself. I did notice some screws were loose so I tried fixing it. It did not work. This would be an electrical issue. Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you!

I have been trying to connect my Scheduling program to Hubspot to Brevo. I liked Brevo because they do SMS. The struggle I have been having is the formatting. To break it down, Setmore (scheduling program) does not format the CSV into the preferred Hubspot format and Hubspot does not format phone numbers into their program, so I don't know what to do so that I can include phone numbers for my CRM.

Now though I wonder if I should use artificial you know what to feed the algorithm.

I would prefer to not be so deep in IG and be able to just drop it because it is serious brain rot. I have a business and I am starting to get a following as an Educator for a Sugaring Distributor and I think this is the better route. We use a Canva account for design.

I can't stand IG and FB due to the hooked on bullstuff whatever is on your telly phone life

Hey Everyone, I am feeling overwhelmed. It just took me two hours or maybe less to figure out how to make the Chrome app show up on my desktop screen becuause I accidently threw it in the recycle bin on my laptop.

I am a Licensed Esthetician, with an AA, and don't really understand computers from as simple as word doc simple things like cleaning stuff off my computer and to bigger issues such as the big A Intelligence.

I learned how to type in highschool, best thing I got out of those 4 years and save a Word.doc. Besides that I have had no formal training, just figuring it out as I go. That worked for a long time, now I need to understand the basics.

Where do you suggest I start?

Honestly, I need a book, I find it difficult to learn without being able to reference in print.

I have one main businesses and a couple related side hustles that I am trying to build. It is overwhelming only because I feel like I am wasting time on something I should know more about.

Looking for feedback and encouragement. TIA
