Hi, I wanted to ask you something regarding the 75% attendance requirement. I'm a first-year student, and my college is quite far from my home. The daily commute involves around four rounds of travel, which takes up a lot of my time and energy.

Also, with MAIT placements dropping, I feel it might be better to spend more time at home preparing for future placements, learning new skills, and working on my profile rather than spending so much time travelling to college.

I wanted to ask if, in case my attendance falls below 75%, there's any provision to submit a medical certificate in exchange of not getting any trouble

I am an existing Class 12 NIOS student from Stream 1. I previously registered for the Public Examinations for Mathematics and Physics but was marked ABSENT because I could not sit for the written theory papers.

However, before the exams, my TMAs were already uploaded and graded (I scored 10 in one and 11 in the other), and I also completed my Physics Practical exam with a perfect score (20/20).

I am now planning to register for the On-Demand Examination (ODE) to clear these subjects, as my main goal is to achieve a perfect 100/100 score. I have a few specific concerns regarding how my marks will be handled:

1. Since I am an existing Stream 1 student who has already given TMAs but missed the public theory exams, will NIOS carry forward my existing TMA marks (10 and 11) into the On-Demand result?
2. If the TMA marks DO carry forward, will they lock me out of getting a perfect 100/100 on the final marksheet (since the evaluation stays on the 80/20 or 64/16 split)? Or is there a way to request NIOS to drop the TMA completely so my result is scaled 100% on the On-Demand theory paper?
3. Can you please confirm that my perfect 20/20 Physics practical marks will safely carry forward to the ODE result without me needing to sit for the practical exam again?

Please guide me on the exact marksheet calculation rules for an absent public-stream student shifting to ODE for a perfect score.
