2017 Honda Brio S, 100k driven, for 2.3L. Is it worth it?

I am looking to buy my first car, and I found a used 2017 Honda Brio S MT, driven over 100k kms, for 2.3 Lakhs, on Cars24. I have a few doubts regarding my decision and would like some suggestions.

  1. Should I buy a car that's been driven for over 100k kms?

  2. Is 2.3 Lacs is too much for this?

  3. Should I go with Cars24 or look for 2nd hand cars from local dealers?

  4. How much maintenance would it require in a year?
