About to buy - Help!

I’m currently looking into Mammotion, Yarbo and Lymow robot mowers and I’m trying to figure out which model would be best suited for my property.

Here are the main characteristics of my yard:

  • Around 1.5 acres
  • Not a simple square-shaped lot — the layout is somewhat irregular
  • Several trees and flower beds to navigate around
  • The back part of the property has slopes up to 46%
  • The furthest part of the yard is at least 800 feet from the house

One thing I’m particularly concerned about is signal/reception reliability because of the distance from the house and the shape of the property.

Would a Lymow be able to do all of this? How is your experience so far with your Lymow?

I’d really appreciate feedback. Thanks!

Considering to buy - Help me out!

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking into Mammotion robot mowers and I’m trying to figure out which model would be best suited for my property.

Here are the main characteristics of my yard:

  • Around 1.4 acres
  • Not a simple square-shaped lot — the layout is somewhat irregular
  • Several trees and flower beds to navigate around
  • The back part of the property has slopes up to 46%
  • The furthest part of the yard is at least 800 feet from the house

One thing I’m particularly concerned about is signal/reception reliability because of the distance from the house and the shape of the property.

Would a LUBA AWD be necessary for terrain like this? And do you think reception/RTK coverage could become an issue in this kind of setup?

I’d really appreciate feedback from people with similar properties. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on a set of custom races inspired by World of Warcraft, designed for a homebrew D&D campaign. My goal was to create races that:

  • Feel very distinct and thematic
  • Are impactful (races are much stronger than in standard 5e, which makes your race choice feel much more meaningful).

I’m not aiming for perfect 5e balance — more like “strong but fair relative to each other.”

Each race generally has:

  • +1 to two stats
  • 1 proficiency
  • some defining features (some races with weaker feats have more features)
  • 2 feat options (some feats have been modified, and some straight up invented*)

Except for humans, which are a stronger form of Variant humans from 5e.

I've worked on these a lot already, so I’m really interested in honest, critical feedback.

If something is broken, I want to know why, not just that it is.

Thank you!
