Recently we had several new hires showing up after a few days. Is there a method tho predict if a new hire won’t show up during the interview for a dishwasher job ?

So our GM is on vacation and last night majority of our crew dident show up so I was running most of the store myself so as I closed the dining room I just left. I couldn’t deal with it any longer. But ask me anything last night I walked out during the dinner rush as an AGM haha.

I started 2 weeks ago and I was denied taking time off today but I took today off any way. I dident show up tonight. How bad is it gonna be. Do I have a job or not? Am I fired??
