I am from 26 batch and got graduated without any placement and from next month ghr se paisa aapna band hone wala h coz of some financial issues.
am trying off campus and getting literally no response like 0.
filled for tcs nqt but unfortunately 14th april happened.
i have around 300+ applied on linkedin, 250+ overall rest of the platforms, overall its more than 500+ applications and yet all i get is unfortunately.
like what am i doing wrong, whats going wrong, ik am not perfect but 0 calls?
recently a senior working in it company told me 95% of hiring rn is all referal and internal based, like its true? if so then theres no chance of an off campus call anyhow?
am so down man am so down ngl.
if anyone of you have any referal in a tech job and can refer me please 🙏🏻 am down to even give out my first salary bro. ik its not good but i don't have an option. am practically going homeless in 22 days straight!!
