I'm 30 and I've had breast pain for a couple years now. However when it started I got a breast ultrasound twice. They came back clean. Got told I have fibrocystic breasts. So I get pain pretty often. However recently in the last two months the pain has been pretty consistent on the left side.

Now I will admit I have health anxiety but I handle that on my own.

This doesn't account for PMOS/PCOS or the fact I have a heart monitor on currently (as I've been struggling with POTS and MCAS symptoms for a couple years as well).

My Primary Care doctor sent out orders to get a Mammogram Digital Diagnostic Unilateral with CAD and DBT left along with US Breast Bilateral. The appointment is on the 10th of July and I'm nervous.

My head is just not doing okay I'm so scared of having it, and scared of all my health problems causing issues if I do have it, and you all seemed so lovely while I was looking stuff up to feel like I wasn't alone. Sorry for how long this is.
