Moving to California license question

The current CA barber site says 1000 hours training and license in good standing for reciprocity license. There is nothing about years of work experience on the current site. Has the 3 years of work experience requirement been removed?

Safe shelters in Minneapolis

I'm clean and sober, cancer survivor, are there shelters that don't allow smoking or drug use on site in the Twin Cities. I can't be around meth, cigarette or fentanyl smoke for my health. Thank you, it is greatly appreciated.

Working in social services in Minneapolis - recommendations

I am a cancer survivor who works in social services (crisis center) moving from another state to the Twin Cities. I would like to continue working in this line of work as I have a passion for it but unfortunately I cannot be around any more meth, fentanyl or cigarette smoke. Most low barrier or harm reduction housing sites have a lot of drug smoke. The place I work in now does not permit substances to be used on site. Are there any youth shelters, shelters, crisis centers or permanent supportive housing organizations to work for that also don't allow substances on site? Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
