Y12 mock, tomorrow (help)! A-Level Maths Pure Y1&2

[Context: I am sitting Edexcel A-Level Pure paper 2 mock tomorrow (before P1).]

I just have a few oddly specific questions, I might add some more, idk.

Also, as someone who found GCSE maths so easy, why is A2 impossible to get into the flow of?

Qs:

  • When do I mention whether a stationary point is max/min or concave/convex? I understand how to identify them but how do I know which the question is asking for? (i.e. point is concave or minimum)
  • What is the reverse chain rule? I don't get it, does someone have a good YouTube video they found explained it well?

Congrats!

Now that your exams are over (for most of you), please may you share your top tips.
E.g., niche websites you used for resources/revision, things you wish you knew earlier in year 12 or your secret to how you stayed motivated.

[Routine Help] How to introduce using adapelene & lymecycline???

Hi, I would appreciate any routine advice, thanks!

Context: I have combination skin, I am sensitive to a few products ("Simple" moisturiser and anything with benzyl peroxide); I have experienced acne for 5 years.

I have recently been prescribed with (not started taking just yet): Adapalene 0.1% cream, Lymecycline 408mg capsules

My current routine:

AM: single cleanse, CeraVe moisture [I know I need to use spf but I have not found a budget-friendly one that I like yet]

PM: single cleanse, dry, the ordinary 10% suspension azelaic acid, wait, CeraVe moisture

I would like to know the best way to introduce the adapelene. Do I barrier it with moisture for once a week and build it up?

My doctor expects me to start the lymecycline straight away and I know to take the full course (for 3 months), how will I know if the adapelene is having the right effect if there's another new drug I am taking/applying simultaneously?

Do I also continue azelaic?

I have also seen that if taking lymecycline I can only wash my face once a day, since it will dry my skin.

Thank you for your time, if you reply!!!

(I am not comfortable posting a picture of my skin in case anyone will ask, sorry)

Is it bivalents or tetrads? (meiosis)

Hi, I am studying biology at college-level rn and I can't find a clear answer to this question, when may I refer to the chromosomes as bivalents or tetrads in meiosis?

I understand this may be beyond the knowledge required for me, but I am intrigued to figure out if there's a time and a place as to when one term is preferrable; since I find the option of it being either, dreary.
