Has anyone recently done a refinance on a home purchase & did you shop around for different lenders? Got a quote almost 10k for a refinance.
Bought a few years back at a 7.4 interest rate 30 year fixed. I have been adding around 1k additional each month for principal. I was considering refinancing for a lower rate. Looking for suggestions.
Out of curiosity, with how advanced technology is with police databases systems. What’s the likelihood Police run the tag & it comes back the driver does not have a valid DL.
Meanwhile the vehicle was just registered it has valid registration, insurance, & driver has a valid DL.
What’s the luckily hood the system pops up something different, I find it hard to believe.
