😩 The problem

I was tired of opening manga apps only to find that sources were dead, repos weren't working, or I had to spend 20 minutes configuring everything before I could even read.

So I built Totoro to make it as simple as possible:

Install → Search → Read.

⚠️ A little transparency

Totoro is a fork of Kotatsu-Redo. I used it as the foundation and built additional features and UI improvements on top of it. I also took inspiration from features I liked in other manga readers.

I'm a solo developer, so feedback is genuinely welcome. If something doesn't work, tell me what happened and I'll try to fix it.

So about 8 months ago, I decided to build something simpler.

Full transparency: Totoro is a fork of Kotatsu-Redo. I used it as the foundation, incorporated some ideas I liked from Tachiyomi, and built my own features on top. I'm not claiming I created everything from scratch.

I'm a solo developer, so maintaining 1,200+ parsers and paying for AI/hosting isn't free. The app itself has no ads, but the download page and mirrors do.

I’m seriously stressed about this and need honest answers.

I applied for GGSIPU counselling under defence quota (CW priority 6) and just realized a possible mistake:

Class 10 marksheet: Father’s name = K K Sharma

Army discharge book / CW certificate: Krishna Kumar Sharma

IPU form: I filled K K Sharma

Now I’m scared this might get me rejected during verification.
