Does anyone know of a reputable place in Orange County, CA, USA, who might buy antique table I have?

I am in the process of moving and have a small wooden table with a glass top that is over 100 years old I am ready to part with it as I need to pare down some of my belongings. Does anyone know of a reputable place in southern OC who buys antiques? If I’m posting in the wrong area on here please let me know.

Thank you!

Which would you do: home IPL (Braun etc) or professional laser in spa/medical setting for longer term hair removal?

I am tired of waxing/sugaring and am curious to know if there is truly a benefit to professional laser hair removal over home IPL like a Braun Silk Expert Pro 5? I know the costs and about 20 years ago did a couple of sessions of professional laser hair removal but life got in the way and I wasn't able to finish the package. I realize electrolysis is truly the only permanent solution which I may do for some facial spots but am thinking home IPL or professional laser for legs, bikini, underarms. Is a home device as effective but just needs more time as compared to professional? Or does professional yield more long term results? Thank you

Is it difficult to get approved to rent with Irvine Company Apartments?

Will be looking for apartments in the next few months and it seems ICA is the best option we've seen. We have the income they'll require but credit isn't great due to some circumstances beyond our control but rebuilding, does anyone have any feedback on renting from them in that situation? Are they hard to deal with to rent? I understand that a higher deposit might be required, is that pretty much it? I saw that someone said the rate on the unit might be higher but I don't see how they can do that really. And if they charge a higher deposit and we get approved, aside from the normal things they might hold out of your deposit when you move out is there difficulty getting the rest of the deposit back? I appreciate any feedback anyone with experience renting from them may have. Thank you

Edited: forgot to say looking in Irvine
