Taking delivery of a new Skoda Octavia 1.5 eTSI. What should I check at the dealership?

Hi everyone,

In about two weeks, I will be picking up a new Skoda Octavia 1.5 eTSI (115 HP, Drive/Essence trim). I am based in Poland.

Since this is my first time buying a brand-new car directly from a dealership, I want to make sure I handle the delivery process correctly and don't miss anything important before signing the final paperwork.

Could you share some advice on what I should pay attention to during the handover?

Specifically:

- Are there any known issues with the current Octavia generation or this specific engine (1.5 eTSI) that I can check right away?

- What should I look for regarding the paintwork, panel gaps, or interior assembly?

- Should I ask the dealer to check or update specific software versions for the infotainment system?

- What standard items or accessories should I verify are in the car (e.g., mats, emergency kit, umbrella, specific cables)?

If anyone has a reliable checklist for picking up a new car, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for your help.

Casual nights, good laughs, and a connection where kisses and a little physical tension are part of the fun. if you’re grounded, curious, and know how to handle a woman who knows what she wants, come closer and see how warm things get
