Stalwart Shotgun Alt-Fire desperately needs a buff

Idk if I'm missing something but I've never ever been able to get this alt fire to feel useful. I've tried using it to trigger stagger damage but it doesn't seem much more effective at that than a standard shot. I've tried using it to set up a long-shot but it does too little damage and takes too long to set up to be worth it. I've tried to use it at close range to eat away enemy health but again it's just not as useful as using the higher rate of fire standard blast. I'm honestly at a loss for what this alt-fire is for. It uses double the ammo of a standard shot too

It needs something to make it more useful. Let us create multiple pellet fields in the air before shooting them off instead of just one, let us reposition to control/change the direction by default when we shoot. Give it a straight damage buff. Make the projected pellet field do more damaged the further it travels.

If I'm an actual dumbass and I'm missing something very important about how to see it as useful, please let me know. The one thing I've seen is that you can fire the standard shot pretty quickly after an alt fire. Is this all?

I Think Hexagons is the Best Single since Dead Inside

Based on 5/6 parts, I'm gonna go ahead and make this possibly very controversial take. Since then, we've had some great and excellent songs like Kill or Be Killed, Unravelling, Cyrogen, etc. I did not personally love any of the singles from ST. Cryogen itself is fuckin bomb, and I never expected it would be topped this quickly

But this song feels like Muse at their most confident and most emotive. A lot of that comes from the restraint they used in the production.

Yeah it's got a lot of synth going on, but compared to even cryogen and unraveling, this song truly just lets Matt's main vocals sit in the mix in a way that feels so chilling and gorgeous.

The acoustic guitar in the verse, the stunning combo of synth and sorta dark cyberpunk space rock grunginess we got going on..it has this sort of "hopeless beauty" vibe that haven't really felt since dead inside, and it's a feeling I associate with the best muse songs.

Utterly in awe of this song and it's immediately up there for me with their all time greats. Well done lads and ladies involved in making this.

Hi, I have some combo of barrier issues, non-mite related rosacea and atopic dermatitis and have been through multiple dermatologists. They prescribed me Epiceram to repair skin barrier and I told them that so far on day 4-5, every time I add it to face it very quickly dries down to an extremely tight feeling tacky/waxy mask. I wasn't expecting their response, which was to say "you're the very first person we've ever seen in the clinic to ever say this, everyone else considers it just a pretty standard feeling barrier cream."

I've had experiences with heavier occlusives and moisturizers in general not feeling good. A lot of barrier creams tend to always feel "tight" within minutes. I am wondering if other people have a similar experience with this cream, as I'm willing to deal with discomfort if it is actually gradually providing relief.

I appreciate any and all support and insight.

If it helps, I dont even know what my skin type is, but it currently seems to get fairly oily because of skin barrier issues, like my skin will FEEL incredibly tight and dry despite looking red, inflammed, and a bit of a shiny oily sheen. I don't get nay flaking at all ever. I'm wondering if at this point I should try literally zero products, zero moisturizers, and see if my skin adapts. I don't know at this point, I'm feeling horrible because this dermatologist literally gave up on me to my face.
