I feel i get uncomfortable dealing with men of certain characteristics and i feel great guild and shame afterwards

How can i learn to set healthy boundaries and learn to be normal again

I have a problem with the kind of porn i enjoy it is rough disrespectful things that i hate myself every time i watch it but i enjoy it, i feel it’s effecting my self esteem so bad and i want to change. How. An i stop liking this stuff?
