How do I recieve money through wise as an Indian ?

Okay so I am an Indian I have my bank account in India.

I am due to receive some US dollar fees for my freelancing from America.

I really don't want to use paypal because the fees and the rates are just the worst so I am thinking of using wise to receive the money but I really cannot navigate how to do so.

Do they transfer the money into my wise account and then I transfer the money from my wise account to my Indian Bank account if so how do I link my bank account with my wise account because it doesn't let me do so because of my location

OR, do they directly transfer money from their wise account to my Indian Bank account, if so is there any fees that wise charges and who is supposed to pay the fees+ the person in America who is paying it or me who is receiving the payment?

While researching about what to do and what not to do I also came across a few posts that mentioned wise is no longer suitable for Indians to receive and pay money because we cannot hold it in our eyes account with effect from April ,if so pleasee tell me what do I do, I'm confused.

What's with all the hate towards accounting here😭😭😭

Okay,so a little intro ,I am not a cbse student, nor an ex student, i did my schooling with ISC , I'm a Chartered Accountant.

I have no idea how but my feed had one post from this sub, I'm so glad it did though, because I went down the rabbit hole here and discovered that you guys hate accounts.(OBVIOUSLY, not all students, but yeah, it was evident) As a CA it hurts me so much to see this bhai😭😭😭

I just wanna say it's not the subject that's bad, maybe you weren't introduced to it properly. You just have to get the fundamentals clear, and you can solve LITERALLY ANY QUESTION FROM ANY CHAPTER. You really have to trust me when I say this, I once was a student as well,I teach students, work with my fare share of financial statements. Please work on the fundamentals.

Please just focus and invest on getting the basics strong, you won't even need expensive courses for the whole vast syllabus, the material is sufficient as is.

Although I'm not that active on this app, but my Dms are open if you guys wanna discuss anything about the subject but PLEASE atleast give the subject a fair chance. I would love to help you out with the time I have in my hands!

New to wise, getting difficult to navigate. Please help!

So I just signed up on wise, I have a bank account in india, I am due to receive money in US$. I don't wanna do this transaction through PayPal because the fees they charge is just outrageous (not to mention the exchange rate).

So my question is, I am unable to link my indian bank account to my wise account, so how would I be able to transfer the USD received in my wise Business account to my indian account in INR.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!! Taa!!

MCom for CAs by IGNOU

Hello everyone,

I am a qualified CA,and i recently got to know(i haven't been living under a rock,I just never thought of pursuing a PG prior to this) about the MCom MoU between ICAI and IGNOU .

I tried to register myself under it for the current cycle, but i absolutely cannot find anything about it while registration. Tried calling, but it's not a government uni if it picks up a call. Tried visiting the regional centre, but the guy there deadass responded " we no longer offer that course" but i literally looked it up,the MoU is still very much prevalent.

So I'm just clueless rn, any and all useful advice is welcome.

The reason I wanna pursue a masters is because I am thinking of joining the teaching segment after exploring a little in the industrial experience.
