That's why it's the rarest
It doesn't have any salt
It's raw goat's milk maquée
I traveled across multiple countries and never found another raw unsalted cheese
I'm lucky my house is right next to the only store where I can buy it in bulk
I can seriously eat 400g of this one sitting like an addict
Does somebody often buy raw unsalted cheese here ?
