Our son has raised funds and we stated that we would match it. For $600, and multi-color-printing, what would be the best option? He is PC literate and understands the basics, as we had a cheap-o $150 one that just kept messing up. Refurbished is an option.
Just messing around taking some long exposure shots of the Milky Way tonight and took a pretty nice one. The only editing is softening the red from the windmills that are in the background along the horizon.

Small town, generally poor - it an excuse but probably the reason. Is this deck gonna be crashing down anytime soon? It supports the entire 2nd story walkway for multiple units and their "porch/deck".
