I heard about HJC doing something like this, where the European and American versions of the same helmet are different, which imo just feels shady knowing how lackluster DOT is. What other brands do that?

Recently got a barely used 2025 XSR700 with the OEM O-Ring chain still on. For lube I am torn on regular gear oil or Maxima’s chain wax, but the more pressing part for me is the cleaner itself. I heard kerosene could slip through the o-ring and may harm the grease inside. However according to an old FortNine video, there were some other cleaners that failed a penetration test he performed, being Motul, Maxima, and regular kerosene. So, needless to say, I’m kinda spooked unless that test is inaccurate. What stuff do you guys use to clean chain prior to re-lubing?
