Does anyone truly know a true timeline of everything that happened with TFP and Tate/Dakota/Doug? I am just looking for bullet points of when things really happened. The swinging, DV, cheating, the Bachelorette, etc.

I just finished The Divorce by Freida McFadden. Can anyone explain the misplaced knife in the beginning? I do not feel this was addressed. I know Jeremy states he planted the one with the elephant in the last chapter. Also, do we believe that Naomi really damaged the birthday present from Veronica? That part is a bit blurry too.
