Hello. I previously asked if there are any GCs I can join to talk about work, life etc. Share ko na lang itong discord group for lawyer-redditors (di ako gumawa btw) na nasalihan ko dati. Maganda kasi naka-organize yung topics at hindi general gc.
Sayang nalugi. Anyway subpar din kasi yung food and drinks. Di na kinaya.
For reference, ito yung post ko dati, after this nag decline na rin yung quality ng seats, yung aircon napakainit, ayun. It was bound to happen. Sayang lang nawalan ako ng tambayan for work.

Would be nice to connect with my fellow lawyers here. Both from private and government practice. Nauurat ako dito sa office namin, looking to connect with other people din hopefully may similar interests outside work (like maybe movie fans or into hobbies or kung ano man). Para may safe space lang to rant about work.

Procedure naman sa pag due dil at pagpapa title ng unregistered land? Idodonate kasi ng lgu sa government office namin at need ma verify bago patayuan ng structure.
So far ang bulk ng practice ko kasi puro transfer ng titled properties kaya eto nangangapa sa untitled lands.
