Are frozen veggie alternatives really ultra-processed?

I am trying to cut out heavy ultra processed meat (like nuggets, hamburger etc) for vegetarian alternatives but I've read that the frozen veg alternatives are just as processed. Is there a science behind why they're better or worse/on par? I'm a newbie here and genuinely asking. I'm making the switch for welfare and health reasons.

Weird FedEx delivery driver getting way too comfortable.

I'm a manager at a gas station and one of the regulars I get is a FedEx delivery driver. He seemed friendly at first but now he is just getting weirder towards me. Started around Valentine's day when I passively mentioned plans with my boyfriend and he verbally expressed disappointment. My coworker has also told me when I am not at work he asks questions about me and my whereabouts (I live within walking distance of my job).

Recently he crossed a major boundary by telling me he's watched me outside of my house and asking me personal questions. One of these questions was trying to inquire about certain medications he's delivered to my house. Is there any sort of rules of conduct that he is breaking? I almost want to put in a complaint but I'm sure he would know it's me.

Edit: I WANT TO ADD when I say he's told me he's watched me outside of my house I am certain it was in passing, and not like, sitting parked outside of my house watching me (cause my house is on his daily route) but past interactions and prying coworkers makes me feel like bringing it up to me while I'm at my job is very inappropriate.

First dog. What to expect with spaying?

Preferably only seeking answers from actual vets or techs. Highly experienced dog owners as well.

My baby (pomeranian) has her spay coming up in early June and this is my first time having an animal fixed under my care (I only ever had cats that came to me already fixed). What should I expect with the healing process? I am planning on keeping her on crate rest for the worst of it but I'm not sure how long it is recommended. 1-2 days? A week?

Looking for people's personal experiences on finding what worked for them.

I am personally someone who had a very negative experience with stimulants, I have comorbid disorders (GAD & OCD) that I can only guess gave me a negative reaction on methylphenidate. I was resistant to treatment either by avoiding it or overindulging. There was a period in my teens I became addicted to abusing my medication and I had to quit cold turkey. I'm in my late 20s now.

I really feel like I am missing out when I hear success stories about how people felt like their life was fixed on medication. It's very likely I need a combination of meds that specifically target my anxiety so the stimulants don't make me wired. If you are one of those people I would love to hear your medication journey ❤️‍🩹 No unsolicited medical advice please per sub rules!

Not sure why I'm overthinking this.

I broke up with my boyfriend that I've been in a LDR with for about 3 years, it /really/ hurt because he was a nice person that aligned with my values but he was a burnout. Our relationship fell apart after he lost his main source of income shortly after we started dating and he was never able to land another job. He had upwards of 5k saved up and I thought he was going to use that money to learn how to drive (I had just done the same) but he siphoned it all into his hobbies (music). And did not tell me until the money was pretty much all gone.

I'm really sad but also resentful towards him that he couldn't have just done what he needed to do to get out of his rut but I think he is too comfortable where he's at (lives with his grandmother). Since we've started dating I completely turned my life around and feel like I've outgrown him. It's very obvious I needed to break up with him but the change hurts.

Thank you stranger for reading my post if you made it this far.

I was in French immersion for my entire time in public school and still have the knowledge but I need to practice fundamentals again. Looking to relearn the language preferably through online courses. Anything like that here?

I know poms aren't supposed to be walked on collars because of their tracheas but I really wanted to get one for my girl to wear on walks with her harness because she *has* slipped out of her harness once or twice. I am usually very mindful of her but it only takes one mistake for a dog to be lost.

I really want to get her a collar JUST for when she is out in public not while she is in the house or the yard. I have tags and thought about putting them on her harness but what if she slips out of that? Planning on a microchip too but I think tags are good to immediately identify a lost dog or show they have rabies shot if they bite while scared/cornered.

Do your pommies have an outside collar? I would love to see if they do!

Almost 5mo pom. Been trying out different chews, she loves duck feet but annihilates them in a day. I let her pick out some chews the other day and we got some beef tracheas, much better longer lasting chew but I find them to be higher in fat and gave her some runny poops. I find she's getting a little too close to being on the chunky side so I want some options that are good for weight management that she wont tear through so easy.

I feel like I have been working with my puppy's (4 month old pom) fear of the dryer since I got her but today she took a big step back with her progress. 😔 I have been working on exposing her to the dryer at least a few times a week by blowing the air on her while she has a frozen licki mat, today we introduced a bath into the mix (not our first one) but I think the bath made her super excited/anxious. I figured she was ready because she was fine with the dryer until it was time to actually dry her and she started freaking out again. I don't really know how to get around this learning curve because it's not like I can bathe her every week that would irritate the coat/skin.

This is my first dog so any advice is helpful:( I have gotten her used to everything (paw trims, nails, brushing etc) but the dryer. She doesn't even seem to mind the bath itself

It does not matter how often I apply deodorant I am quite literally always DRIPPING sweat from my armpits!! Even in the middle of winter, but now that summer is coming it's getting worse. I smell like a man so bad. Does anyone know a quick remedy for this?! 😔 I was diagnosed earlier this year and now my symptoms make a lot more sense. I have resorted to using hand sanitizer to dry them out.
