I can turn but throttle does nothing. Sometimes I can use the throttle for a few seconds and that’s it. Remote batteries are brand new and vehicle batteries were 100% charged. Any advice?

Facebook messenger won’t let me send messages. My Facebook works no issue only issue is messenger. I can see and view texts and videos through messenger but can’t reply or make any comments. Facebook never emailed me or messaged me and about issues. I’ve updated my phone messenger fb. Deleted and reinstalled everything, tried on a pc still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions
