What to do about therapies

My son was assessed for speech & OT through a birth-3 program from the state when he was about 2 and a half and did not receive services (he has a diagnosis of autism so someone did come to our house weekly just not a speech therapist or occupational therapist). At 3 he was assessed through the school district for pre-k and did not receive an educational diagnosis of autism and did not qualify for speech or OT through the school. I decided to try private therapy services and he was evaluated once again for speech & OT in July of this year at age 3.8 and he did not qualify. I see him struggling with things that these therapies would help with and I am at a loss. I am looking for advice on whether or not its worth it to have him assessed again through a different therapy company. I have not met met insurance deductible so these evals are costing between 100-600 dollars just for him to be denied services. Any advice/stories are welcome. I feel like its roadblock after roadblock. He will not be able to attend pre-k until next year because the cut off for the school year is Sept. 1st in my state & he was born in late October.

Becoming an SLPA with a degree in education

Hello! I am looking for some guidance on becoming a SLPA (eventually an SLP). I live in Texas (DFW) and have a bachelors degree in elementary education. After searching through this sub I have found two routes.
The first is a post bacc program that will allow me to fulfill the necessary requirements through a private university. This is a 2 year program.
My question is if it would be worth it to go this route or to just get a second bachelors degree in communication disorder?
I also want to know if I could do a leveling program that would also allow me to be an SLPA?
If you did any of these what was the time frame like ?
All options would allow to get my masters when I am ready if I decide that is what I want to do.
I
I would love some insight or advice!
I dont want to do leveling classes & get my masters right now because I am not ready to even think about grad school.

New to this please help

I completed all of the paperwork and intake around 8 PM today. Then around 11 PM, I started getting spammed with emails and texts like the ones in the photo, followed by a message saying I'd been approved.
Is this normal, or is it something I should be worried about? I'm not trying to sound stupid I just have no idea what any of this means. 😅
If you've gone through this process, did the same thing happen to you? Is there anything I need to do next, or is this just part of the approval process?

Occupational Therapy

I am so confused. My son (3.8) is graduating/ leaving ABA after 6 months. I am trying to set something up for him so that he continues to thrive. He did not get into prek3 (didnt qualify for educational diagnosis of autism) so I decided I would get him speech/Ot/ feeding therapies & put him in a part time daycare/ preschool. Well today was his OT evaluation & she said he doesn't need OT. I feel like the assessment was not what i was expecting. My main reason for OT was emotional regulation. All they did was draw, cut, play a little bit, etc. I have never heard of a child being denied OT from a private company. Has this happened to anyone? What did you do?
During the evaluation she said "his speech is so good" so now I preparing myself for him to get denied speech services also.
I feel like early intervention is pushed so much but what about when no one is willing to provide the services or no one thinks the child needs them?
I feel like I am going crazy.

Losing

How did you get your child (3 years 9 mons) to stop crying about losing games? I have never made a big deal about losing or winning & have explained multiple times that it's not about winning or losing but about having fun- that did not work.

Daycare/ Private Preschool

My son is graduating ABA & Does not meet state requirements to get into public prek-3. However, I believe he would benefit from a routine & more experience with a normal classroom (1/2 teachers multiple children) since ABA is 1:1 ratio. When putting your child into a Daycare/ private preschool what did you ask to ensure they would be accepting of your child... or did you not mention autism?
My son will be 3 years 9 months when he exits ABA (at least full-time ABA).
