Debating between career options right now and I'm scared of taking organic chemistry

I'm mostly deciding between PT vs. PA right now, and a big factor is my sophomore prerequisite classes. Mainly, the difference boils down to whether or not I'll have to take Ochem I&II for PA or not. I’ve already completed the gen chems in my freshman year and finished with a 95 and a 91 in gen chems I and II, respectively. While I finished high, both classes were constant hard work and studying, with Gen Chem II being a particularly stressful time for me towards the end. Chemistry overall is just not the most interesting science class to me, and having to take two more semesters of it looks very daunting to me, especially with something with a rap sheet like Orgo.

Literally no one I’ve ever met enjoyed Orgo. A friend close to me literally switched fields after failing Orgo II twice. Everyone else I know who's taken it hates it and thinks it's miserable, with a bunch having to take it twice.

But overall, I'm really not sure. I had a better grade in the gen chems out of all these friends, and I've heard Orgo has no calculations, which I appreciate. Since it's so much different from the gen chems, I think there is a chance I'll thrive in it, but after hearing such bad things about it, I'm really afraid of screwing up my GPA, which I need to maintain.

Questions and clarifications on the verification process for PT observation hours?

So I've already created an excel sheet where I can track my hours and record notes and observations. As for verification, to my understanding, there are two options on PTCAS: You can put down the PT's contact info, where they will then reach out and verify themselves, or you can upload a signed sheet.

This link below would be the correct signed verification, right? I got it from a reddit post because I couldn't find it anywhere on the official website.

https://www.csbsju.edu/documents/Pre-Professional%20Health/PT%20Observ%20Hrs.pdf

Would I have to print out these sheets for every PT I shadow? Even if it's from the same clinic? There will be an option to list this sheet for every experience, correct?

For the actual application process, is having the PT's email & phone number required? Some declined that information and only gave me their signature. Others didn't list their PT license number. Basically just how much information I need from each PT in order to ensure I'm doing this right.

How much will doing only clean pulls and snatch pulls maintain my clean and snatch?

Since I'm back from college for the summer, I don't have the same equipment I could use in my college rec center, meaning I can't do any snatches, cleans, or jerks. I work out in a home gym where I don't have any bumper plates; I use a shorter non-Olympic bar, and I'm on a carpet floor that I don't want to drop weights on. Besides, I wanted to focus more on strength/hypertrophy this summer anyways

However, I don't want to lose all of my Olympic lifting skills. If I do only clean/snatch pulls and high pulls (which would be safer for my floor) how much strength and skill acquisition do you think I would maintain?

Also if anyone suggests it, I'm not willing to pay for a membership for a gym that has oly lifting gear. I need to be saving up this summer for next semester, and it seems like a waste of money to not use the home gym I saved up for all of HS. Besides, it's a good chance to focus on other qualities.
