Ang daming balikbayan boomers na sobrang entitled 'pag umuuwi ng Pilipinas? (Observation as a healthcare worker)

Grabe, sobrang nabasag ang diwa ko today.

Hindi ko nilalahat, pero bakit parang may ilang balikbayan na pagbalik sa Pilipinas, feeling superior at sobrang entitled (especially mga boomers)?...na para bang pagmamay-ari nila ang kaluluwa mo--na para bang pagmamay-ari nila ang oras, pasensya, at serbisyo ng lahat ng tao sa paligid nila.

Kaka-encounter ko lang ng isang patient tulad nito, then nalaman kong matagal pala siyang tumira sa US at dito na nag-retire sa pinas. Paano ko nalaman? because she kept on mumbling about it.

Sobrang obvious ng deliberate "I am superior to you" tone of voice and choice of words niya. I'm not gonna go into details pero super inconsiderate niya sa situation namin.

Hindi ito ang unang beses na may na-encounter akong ganito kaya may napapansin na akong pattern.

Ayun lang, gusto ko lang po maglabas ng hinanakit. Bye!
