A beautifully tasty sauce with a slow burn that doesn’t disappoint. You taste how lovely it is first and then the endorphins kick in and it’s great. 8.2 on my heat scale.

BUT, Waiting in the wings is this beauty. My goodness. A fantastic taste, with food, on its own it seems a bit like Worcestershire sauce but the slow burn heat on this blows me away. A Beautiful sauce. Perhaps my favourite. 9.3 on my heat scale.

But I’m not all about the heat. Taste is my first priority. Heat is an added bonus.

Gemini analysis of NLS goal keepers.

Only rank 4-8 I’m afraid

Gemini analysis of the NLS keepers based on the data.

Tier 2: Upper-Echelon Shot-Stoppers (Rank 4–8)

These goalkeepers combined steady backline protection with reliable personal interventions to keep their teams in promotion contention.

  1. Maidstone United (50 Goals Conceded): An elite home defensive record where they allowed a mere 19 goals. Maidstone’s keeper turned their home ground into a fortress.

  2. Worthing (52 Goals Conceded): Despite their highly aggressive, league-topping attack (99 goals scored), the champions' goalkeeper held down a top-five defensive record, executing vital balance on transition counters.

  3. Ebbsfleet United (54 Goals Conceded): Kept Ebbsfleet within striking distance of the top spots. Their goalkeeper showed high consistency, particularly in low-margin away fixtures.

  4. Horsham (54 Goals Conceded): Kept a mid-table side defensively on par with the league's top-four teams. _Their keeper was highly insulated_ , but clinical when called upon.

  5. Chesham United (55 Goals Conceded): Anchored a very stable mid-table defense, keeping concession rates regular across both home and away split venues.

My condiments for this evening….

In a scorching hot southern England. We had potato salad and frankfurters with these.

Just beautiful, my taste buds are singing. Ginger goat is very tasty but powerful, Cholula is just gorgeous, tasty and palatable without blowing your head off.

I’m sorry to say, as an Englishman, that the English mustard tastes as mild as ketchup after the others.

Still a lovely taste but 10 years ago, I wouldn’t think I’d ever enjoy anything hotter than it.

My modest haul

Spice Island is beautiful with its spiced rum and Scotch Bonnet.

I hadn’t tried Cholula until yesterday and it’s fantastic. So flavoursome with a nice kick.

I was slightly disappointed with Queen Majesty, a nice kick which was instant but I really didn’t get any coffee flavour.

I haven’t tried the Marie Sharp’s yet but I’ve read good things about it.

Ginger Goat is ok. It smells like Worcestershire sauce and it also tastes like it but with a much bigger kick. A bit thin to be honest.

I think my favourite so far is the Cholula.

I’d be interested to know what you all think of these?

From Sri Lanka. I’ve not. Is it any good? I’ve been told it’s delicious but not that hot.

Just found this shop round the corner from where I work in Brighton. Where should I start?

Mad game. Horsham were winning then losing and finally won 3-2. A great season after being promoted finished 15th.
