I am happy to report that this was the best and easiest drive ever! We left at noon and hit Gwinnett at 3:45 - it was so freaking smooth.
The hike over to Roswell still sucked ass. Holcomb Bridge belongs in the 6th level of Hell.

First of all, I do like the show but, man, this has been bothering me.
As an actual NHL/AHL/ECHL and collegiate hockey fan, the NCAA ruling in Garrett was horse manure. It’s perfectly fine to join the NHL for a practice as long as the athlete doesn’t get paid.

The 4 game ban? Totally legit. NCAA completely bans fighting (to the detriment of the athletes). On the show, cross checking, tripping, boarding, interference, and roughing are NEVER called (so far). There’s no way a pro level game reffed so piss poorly doesn’t have at least one fight to settle everyone down.
