day 12 of treatment

There are only 3 days left to finish the treatment, but this morning I couldn't take the Pepto-Blaze. The nausea was awful. I don't know if I should keep taking it; I feel like I can't take it anymore. I want to stop taking all these pills. Is there anyone else on this treatment who could at least stop taking the Pepto-Blaze? The taste is horrible; I can't stand it anymore.

I'm already on day 7 of the treatment

Today marks my 7th day of treatment, and it's awful. What kind of food do you eat? I've been feeling sick with a bitter taste in my mouth and nausea. Sometimes I want to stop taking the pills, but I still have 7 more days of treatment. I hope this goes away. It's horrible having this, especially the bitter taste in my mouth... and sometimes I get weak. Has this happened to you?

new treatment I've been prescribed for Helicobacter pylori

After a failed 10-day course of clarithromycin, I went to a gastroenterologist who prescribed this treatment. Has it worked well for anyone, or do you have any other recommendations for eliminating this bacterium?

Where can I find a job in my position with fixed cargo vans in California?

Greetings, colleagues. Where can I find a profitable way to work with a cargo van in San Francisco? Between insurance and car payments, the income is high, and I wouldn't want to give it up.

Has anyone experienced these symptoms with Helicobacter pylori?

I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced these symptoms of H. pylori. It started with a bitter taste in my mouth that gradually became more intense. At night, I sometimes had an itch in my tailbone and occasionally felt weak. Then, each day it got worse, like my body was getting weaker. Next, I started having severe breast pain, like a burning sensation, and a feeling of heat from my chest up. I also had a severe headache and rumbling in my stomach. The headache worsened so badly that I couldn't even think straight, and I felt pressure in the middle of my chest. I took a test and it came back positive, but I want to know if anyone else with H. pylori has had these symptoms. It's a very strange feeling, and it also caused me anxiety. I was prescribed clarithromycin with omeprazole for 10 days, which I finished, but instead of feeling better, I still have headaches, chest pain, and the occasional bitter or metallic taste in my mouth.

Where can I find a dedicated route in California for a cargo van?

Could someone from California help me find a place to work with a cargo van? I've been using apps and traveling, but it's uncertain and not easy. The first week I started with the apps and brokers, I only made $10,000, which was good because I was moving almost daily, picking up up to two loads a day. But the second and third weeks, the problem is that some days there's very little work, or the far-away loads only require me to do the trip for 50 cents. So, for me to travel 15 or 20 hours and earn $100 or $150 is complicated because many things affect it. The relatively local trips I did between nearby cities were good, but the problem is that when things go wrong for a day or two, everything gets out of control. On the third day, I'd have to do a much bigger load because I have the huge expense of $1,600 for insurance plus $900 for car financing. That's really suffocating me; it's my biggest worry. I'd like to get a dedicated top-up in California. Do you know where I could look? I've searched online but haven't found anything substantial, at least something that would help cover my car loan payments. This business isn't easy because of the instability; sometimes you can get top-ups at good prices, and other times you can't. I don't know what the brokers want, working for half a cent. It's complicated.

My van is vibrating, is anyone else experiencing this?

Greetings, everyone. I have a Ford Transit van. I was carrying a load when it suddenly started vibrating in the back. I had it checked, and they told me the problem was supposedly the driveshaft, the entire system. I had it replaced, but the van is still the same. I took it to another place, and they said it was supposedly the transmission. But my question is, the van shifts and drives fine; it's just that at certain times, a vibration suddenly starts in the back. I went to another shop to explore other possibilities, and they said it was supposedly the rear tires. I replaced the rear tires, but the van is still doing the same thing. Has anyone else experienced this? They did a complete scan of all the sensors, including the transmission sensors, and it says everything is fine.

Every workshop gives me a different diagnosis. I've already spent a fortune on the driveshaft, and I'm afraid to spend money replacing the gearbox only to find that's not the problem.
