I feel like the UDG scene doesn't have much longevity in 2026
Before anything im just gonna give MY general perception of the most trending udg rappers that represent the scene, so u might disagree with me ngl✌️.
Many new artists are starting to sound the same in different fonts for example: osamason (an ex-ken clone now larping as 2019 carti), che (in 2026 he is basically wlr carti if he was Gen z) n Nettspend (just watching there to bite both of them) sound very similar (ngl che sounds more unique rn) if u were not a big fan of these 3 you would think that they are in a rap group.
Then we got nine vicious mr homage n gimmick master (a weirdo n larper too) at least he got a different sound (compared to the big 3)but it is repetitive cuz what else can he do apart from seeking attention.
I don't think I need to speak about 2slimey n Bleood😭✌️.
No wonder Tezzus, Diamond n Pz blowing up rn, Tezzus doing mockery n homage like nine vicious n Diamond is aight but bro is always using that one fye flow he has (also getting repetitive) and Pz is a decent rapper who is a little bit overrated cuz he's a model.
Fakemink n similar rappers like him are spamming nostalgia bait (gng 2026 IS NOT the new 2016)
If any of these artists blow they'll just end up either like destroy lonely or get stuck in their current position (im talking about currently cuz ik che or osamason might escape that)
Most of these rappers are just micro/niche celebrities that make music n i feel the music this year won't age that well
