29M never dated before, what is dating normally like, what can I expect and is normally expected of an M in the dating space?

I feel like I have cultivated a lot of great qualities as a person now, I believe I can be a good partner. But I can also tell people are living with subtle expectations, so I want to be aware of them and respond with those in mind when meeting people I'm interested in.

Also, how does the fact I'm not immediately looking to have sex with who I meet contribute to relationships? I would appreciate any stories that relate to this.

After becoming aware of my body and its language besides my brain, being more emotionally embodied. I notice I feel different frequencies of energy or vibration on my body depending on who I'm talking to and depending on their mood. Like if they're stressed it's very heavy sensation and if they're compatible it's like a good sensation or if it's like curiosity directed towards me, I feel a strange pinging sensation. Like I feel things now besides my own body and emotions from other people.
