My fear is the show will continue to be censored in little ways. Hopefully it does not escalate.

This and biggest problem were, seemingly, the last few bastions of censor free podcasts....... * Sigh *
I'll try to make this as short and concise as possible. I will even throw in a TLDR at the end.

I have been lifting off and on again for the last 12+ years, with some significant stretches of time of non lifting. I'm just a casual lifter mimicking the same routine I did in highschool in 2008. This has been working for me lately, as my numbers increase and I gain strength. I am not an expert in lifting knowledge or anatomy by any means... I just try to lift reasonably heavy when I can and increase weight every 2 weeks or so.

Recently (last 9 weeks) I've been doing good about getting into the gym and completing my 5 day split with a couple of gym buddies. Here is where we get into the meat and potatoes......I'm feeling this dam elbow pain in my right elbow (and now sometimes the left one 😭) whenever I'm doing back and bicep lifts with moderate to heavy weight. The pain is not so intense that it stops me from completing a set or a workout, it's just there during the lifts and then I feel it for several days later.

Lat pulldowns are where I really feel it. It's almost like a hard pinching sensation near my elbow area.

Heavy preacher curls can be painful if I don't control the weight.
​
Seated cable rows don't hurt at all.
​
Dumbbell curls don't hurt at all.
​
I just want me to doctor's appointment yet, but I am most likely going to.

I've never had any major injuries expect for a pectoralis major tear in 2010.

Anyone have any similar experiences with this pain?

TLDR: pain near elbow / bottom of forearm when pulling to lightly pressing (especially with my bottom 3 fingers)
Or is the dome filled with the same fluid they used in The Abyss ? A fluid that the rats can inhale and it provides them oxygen
