We live in an Alaska split-level special. Random addition has insulation foam that sits on the drywall about 30 inches; they placed plywood around it. Underneath the addition sits a cellar with the same footprint. Does foam do anything for the cellar? Anyone see this sort of shenanigans before?

Someone on my local Craigslist is looking for a Gen 1 Toughsystem radio. I didn’t realize it was such a hot commodity. I’m curious if you’ve seen it for sale locally. How much are people asking for it? Looking at comp pricing on eBay but it’s outrageous imo.

Found my first Mythic seal! Theory question below

I have my 5p +3 shock Tal set + Unique +3 shock Crown of Lucion charm. Can I run two unique charms at the same time? If not, is it worth it to run 2p of Cain's Wild Lightning set? With my seal, I’ll still get 5p and 3p bonuses. Playing SF Blizz.

How accurate is the damage per second formula when it comes to comparing if something is better or not? With the mythic sword, my Blizzard is rank 64, but I’m torn if losing +7 skills is worth all the gains.

Just finished my PB pit run and managed to hit 120! I’m currently playing SF Blizz. As I keep getting better, I’ve found El’druin and a new legendary ammy. I’m wondering if the +all skills are better than the bonuses I lose? I’m currently at level 55 in Blizz.
