I have some questions about cancer and hrt

Hello everyone! today I finally had my first appointment with my endocrinologist, and everything went pretty well except for a thing that's been resonating around my head that's making me question about this.

As you can see in the title, I want to ask you about cancer. I have some antecedents of breast cancer (mom, grandma and other grandma's sisters) and other cancers (did my research, and apparently hrt does not affect other cancers besides breast, I'm saying it just in case it's needed). One of my mother's relatives (I think it was her cousin) started HRT because of menopause and developed cancer.

Doctors told me to balance the benefits and the odds, but honestly, I don't really know what the probabilities are for me to get cancer after starting the treatment.

Please, I need help with this, I need opinions and people to talk to because I don't know anyone who's been through this. Thank you so much, and feel free to ask me anything.

This artist is selling these pictures at a con and it seems like it is ai, but I need to know if it's that I'm just paranoid about it or is it that she's getting money out of it.

There's nothing I can find that is objectivity AI looking except the fact that it looks pretty much like it.

Okay this one is very counter intuitive. The hands shadows and wrinkles kind of seems a bit off to me, as well as the brouche whiskers.

I searched on the internet and people said it was human generated, but the brouche seems highly off to me, as well as the "I" letter not showing a peek out, the hand's wrinkles, everything seems a bit off and I can't really explain why.
