How come there are full leaks of the movie out but nothing about Space godzillas design?
Title. Is it because it's pretty much the same as classic space godzilla?

So i was re reading ACOK and came across this:
> "I will leave you.” Varys rose. “I know how weary you must be. I only wished to welcome you, my lord, and tell you how very pleased I am by your arrival. We have dire need of you on the council. Have you seen the comet?” > > “I’m short, not blind,” Tyrion said. Out on the kingsroad, it had seemed to cover half the sky, outshining the crescent moon. > > “In the streets, they call it the Red Messenger,” Varys said. “They say it comes as a herald before a king to warn of fire and blood to follow.” The eunuch rubbed his powdered hands together.
This has to be the earliest hint to Faegon in the series right? The first reread of ASOIAF is unbelievable honestly....
I really don't like Ely at times honestly because I think she comes across far too often as someone who takes the moral high ground. Of course she has been the grounded rationalist for most of the series but this scene is genuinely infuriating for so many reasons.
Now before anyone mentions it: Yes, everything that Batista had done up until this point was absolutely irredeemable. This is out of the question.
But i think it's really important to remember that Batista was quite literally fucked over in every aspect of his life.
- couldn't become a Choujin so he pivoted to research
- Couldn't complete his research so he pivoted to becoming a paperboy
- Lost his wife and child for seemingly no reason aside from being fates punching bag
And Ely compares that with the death of her already old grandfather. What's funny is she was about to lose her shit minutes ago because of Azuma going into chaos state. That's 1% of the pain Batista went through.
It just seems hypocritical to me. This is why I think tokio is overwhelmingly superior in terms of his way of thinking and rationalising. I guess we will just have to wait and see what Happens when she goes through the same pain as Batista. It would be so ironically hilarious if that's what leads to her becoming the calamity possibly.
I'm currently re reading AGOT and was wondering the best possible move ned could've taken with the options he had.
If Ned agrees to renlys plan, it still all comes to Littlefinger since the city watch is the checkmate factor. I think Littlefinger would still betray Ned because the lannister regime would be more favourable to him.
So was ned well and truly doomed by that point?
