I am having trouble finding this out-
If I am renting for 3 days but I have enough points to use for 1 day (and then pay for other 2 days), will I still earn points for those 2 days I paid for? Or do I not earn any points at all for that rental?
Airlines won’t let you earn points/miles on flights you use points/miles for, so that’s why I’m asking.

I’m overanalyzing & can’t decide where to stay for the one night we’re in town. We are 2 women in our 40s & will be driving down from wine country for just 1 night. I have been to SF (like 13 years ago). My friend has never been there. I stayed in Wharf area last time. I really would rather not stay in the touristy area, but am I doing my friend a disservice by NOT staying in Union Square/Wharf? We’re into cocktails & beer, coffee shops, art, parks, scenery. I was considering maybe Japantown or The Metro hotel near Haight. But are those too far removed from things to do? We will have a car. I’m indecisive & struggling. Thanks for reading. 😃
My best friend was given this dog (Bear) by an elderly lady who could no longer care for him. For her birthday, I bought her a DNA test (Embark) for him b/c I was so curious. He’s so interesting looking to me & the sweetest boy! He’s a solid 25-30 lbs. I’m waiting for her to send me the results Embark emailed her! I’ll post when she does. In the meantime, any guesses?
Just wondering if it rained there today. I’m 3 hours north and it poured rain all day here. I kept looking at my app for NOLA weather & it never showed rain, but it is often wrong. I’m trying to get a feel for how wet the grounds will be tomorrow, pre-Thursday ran.
