I received a new dog from my uncle (I don’t know the breed). When I got it at my uncles house it was happy and running and playing but here at my home it hides in this one spot in the backyard. It barely eats(I don’t know how much they are supposed to eat but I left a full plate of food and he only ate about 1/10)

Hello, I have used proton vpn and they have been banning me for spam every time. So I want to ask if a friend created an account for me on his ip can I use the account with the vpn and not be banned for spam?
