On call - Shoe allowance?

Hi everyone!
I am in the final steps of applying for a position as a letter carrier. I know there are no benefits until you get a permanent position. Just wondering, does that include a shoe allowance?

I’ve read a lot of posts about needing new shoes every 2 to 3 months, if that is out-of-pocket, I would like to start looking for some sale pairs to start out.

Also, assuming as on call, we don’t get anything else? I know the uniform isn’t until 480 hours worked.

Revive Poplin dress - Dress it up!

Hi everyone!
I have the revived Poplin dress, white top/black on the bottom.

I’m hoping to get away with wearing it to my daughter’s graduation dinner ( our school the parents attend the dinner before the prom)

Ideally, I don’t have to buy a new dress, I’m hoping with a pair of heels and a cute cardigan it will be good.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a cardigan or something I can pair with it to dress it up?

ZO Hydroquinone protocol

Hi Everyone, when I was travelling in California I purchased a bunch of ZO products for my Melasma.

She did warn me she likes an aggressive approach. After researching a little I think it’s extremely aggressive. Is anyone familiar with the line and could help me tone it down a little? I don’t want to damage my skin.

I’ve tried asking local ZO shops but because the 4% isn’t available in Canada they weren’t able to help me unless I purchased the 2%.

The protocol she gave me was:
Morning
Exfoliating Cleanser
Acne pads
2 pumps Pigment control cream 4%
2 pumps Pigment and blending cream 4% mixed with wrinkle and texture repair 3 pumps (4 x a week )
AOX
HA5 - if feeling dry and irritated
Smart Tone SPF

Exfoliating polish 3-4 x a week or as needed

Evening
Exfoliating Cleanser
Acne pads
Exfoliant accelerator
2 pumps Pigment control cream
2 pumps Pigment and blending cream mixed with wrinkle and texture repair 3 pumps (4 x a week )
Daily power defence

Is there a way to only do blending cream & wrinkle texture once a day?

Or maybe just one pump of each?

Would really love any suggestions
