I am anew authority and I have $1 million in auto and $100k in cargo insurance and no general liability. I have my own truck and trailer.

My first day when I was trying to book loads I was told to register with TQL as a carrier and I filled out the form online and after two hours I logged back in and it said that I was rejected as they could not find my insurance. I had my insurance agent send the COI to their email as well but still it’s showing as rejected.

Help me as TQL is the only one I think who offers load to the new authority and even they rejected me.

How do I fix this.

What inverter should I buy that is easy to install and has a fuse as well to not let my truck burn. Also where do they plug? I have been a driver and never seen the inverter plugged in the batteries on the side of the truck in cascadia. Thanks

Does every broker who can work with will offer quick pay for a discounted fee or is it only some do and some don’t? I cannot go with factoring companies unless I get a letter of release from a company that I HAVE NEVER worked with. Thanks

A factoring company has filed a UCC lien for my company which I barely registered and have not even started working under it yet without my knowledge or fully telling me what it is. Now the factoring company I want to go with is requiring a letter of release from them which they are very unresponsive about. It has been almost two weeks that I am emailing them about it but they only reply when they want to with no clear directions or options. I am stuck now and not able to drive under my company and my truck has been sitting ever since I bought it. What can I do now. Thanks
