hi! i’m a 22 y.o (f) looking for 2-3 girls interested in starting a lease in the queens area for july 1st.

i’ll be starting law school in august but my current lease ends june 30th so i would ideally need to move by then.

im pretty clean, i like music, working out and going out dancing and idrc about smoking or anything like that.

so i’m pretty much committed to go to st. john’s because they’ve given me a full tuition scholarship and with the help of family and friends, i would probably end up owing nothing or a max of 30k.

however, i’ve been thinking more about UH and the job prospects, because it is a great school, if not one of the best schools in houston for mid-law, with great job prospects. st. john’s is great, but i know the market in ny is pretty competitive and though i am not interested in big law, i am interested in making a good salary in mid-law, boutique law in either soft ip or entertainment law.

uh gave me in-state tuition + 1k/year. which would be 35k tuition + living expenses. am i making the right choice by choosing st. john’s or should i reconsider?
